I'm happy to inform, that Team - Chittoor Police has been succesfull in bringing out the Official Web Site of Chittoor District Police, for the benefit of common man in a record time. The website provides complete information about Events, Happenings , Announcements, Press Releases, Contact Information of Divisions, Circles and Police Stations, Details of Different Wings and other important information such as Common Crimes, Online Frauds etc.

We are working on enhancing the Website, to include dynamic features such as Logging a Complaint, Monitoring of Complaints, Dynamic Search, SP's Corner where in Views of citizens will be taken up for improving our services and other interactive components there by paving way to citizen friendly policing.

The website has been built using Responsive Web Design, an approach of laying-out and coding a website such that the website provides an optimal viewing experience - ease of reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling - across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones).

I appreciate the efforts put on by the Team at National Informatics Centre (NIC), Andhra Pradesh, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology , Govt. of India, in designing and hosting the Website in a short span of time.
